Date: Dec. 30, 2003 Time: 12:55 PM My current mood is: Still sick I went to the doctors today, and apparently I do indeed have the new and improved evil flu. I'm so pissed, I HAD A FLU SHOT! But apparently this flu is a different strain. Blah. Yesterday my dad was saying that it's because I'm vegetarian that I'm sick. Right. And it's not at all because every single person around me is sick, right? So today when the doctor told me that I actually don't have a bad case of the flu, that my body is reacting well, I made SURE to let my dad know! Ha! I'm so tired. I can't sleep a whole night through, my sore throat and fever keep waking me up :( So this morning I ate fries and watched more news on Mad Cow Disease. Exciting. Jon was being so good to me, taking care of me and stuff. Last night he read me more of The Princess Bride. I'm mad cause I probably won't be able to celebrate New Years. That sucks! I had plans to go to this funky bar in Boston, but I doubt I'll be well enough in time. Aww Jon just called me from work to see if I as ok and "didn't die during the night", lol.
